Master Showcase Terms of Use

Effective date: 2026-11-03·Version 1.0

1. Subject

These terms govern the Master Showcase service on tamkonum, where vehicle care and wrapping businesses publish videos of jobs they choose. The service is provided by BM İNTERNET MAĞAZACILIK VE ELEKTRONİK TİCARET HİZMETLERİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("tamkonum").

2. Business declarations and responsibility

2.1. For each video it adds, the business declares that:

  • The video shows real work done by the business.
  • The vehicle owner or authorised user has given permission to publish it in the places listed in section 5.
  • It contains no third party's face, name, address or contact details without permission.
  • The business holds the necessary rights to any music and other elements.
  • The video and text contain no misleading statements, comparative advertising or guarantee commitments.

2.2. The business is responsible for keeping its record of permission.

2.3. The business is responsible for the content of its videos and text. Losses suffered by tamkonum because a declaration proves untrue, including third-party claims, administrative fines, court costs and attorney fees, are compensated by the business. tamkonum has recourse against the business for amounts it pays.

3. Pre-publication check

3.1. Before publication, videos pass automatic plate hiding and a formal check against these terms. This check does not confirm that the content is accurate, that permission exists or that the business holds the rights. tamkonum may decline to publish a video and will give the reason.

3.2. Automatic plate hiding may not be error-free in every case. The business checks its published video. If a plate, face or other personal data is still visible, the business removes the video from its panel or reports it to tamkonum.

4. Removal requests

4.1. When a person states they own the vehicle and verifies their phone, the video is taken down first and reviewed afterwards. The business may accept the request or state that it holds written permission.

4.2. tamkonum is not an arbitrator between the business and the person making the request. Even if the business states it holds written permission, tamkonum may keep the video down. If the person states they have withdrawn permission, or there is legal doubt, the video stays down. The dispute is settled between the parties.

5. Licence

5.1. The business grants tamkonum a free, non-exclusive licence for the videos and text it publishes. The licence covers reproducing, communicating to the public and adapting the format of the video (cropping, shortening, resizing, adding captions and informational labels, hiding plates and faces), under the business's name, on showcase and job pages, in the video feed, in curated selections and paid promotions, on tamkonum's own social media accounts and in its promotional material.

5.2. The licence lasts while the video is published. When the business removes a video, tamkonum stops displays on the platform and, within a reasonable time, removes posts on its own accounts that are dedicated to that video alone. Posts compiled from several businesses' videos and completed promotional campaigns are not removed.

5.3. The exception in 5.2 does not apply if the video was removed after a removal request under section 4 or because personal data remained visible. In that case tamkonum also cuts the video from compiled posts, or removes those posts, within a reasonable time.

5.4. tamkonum decides whether a video is shown in the feed, in selections or in promotion. This licence is not a promise of display.

6. Contact details

6.1. The name, city, WhatsApp number, phone and Instagram username supplied by the business are shown publicly on the showcase page. Showcase and job pages may be indexed by search engines. A removed page drops out of results within the search engine's own update time.

6.2. tamkonum is not a party to discussions, prices, services or guarantees between the customer and the business.

7. Fees

7.1. The service is a yearly package. The current package price and yearly job allowance are shown on the showcase page and the payment screen. Prices include VAT.

7.2. The service can be used free during the launch period, within the launch quota or with an invite code issued by tamkonum. The length of free use is fixed when it is granted and is shown in the business panel.

7.3. Free use creates no payment commitment. It does not renew automatically when it ends and does not switch to a paid package by itself. No card or payment details are requested for free use.

7.4. The paid package is bought on the web with a single yearly payment and does not renew automatically. A package bought while a right is running is added to the end of the remaining period.

7.5. When free use or a paid package ends, published jobs stay published and new jobs cannot be added, subject to section 10. Changes to fees are notified to the business in advance and do not shorten rights already granted.

8. Visibility

tamkonum promises no customers, views or work.

9. Personal data

Account, contact and video data are processed to provide the service, review content, handle removal requests and meet legal duties. Plate text is not stored. The unprocessed original video, with the plate visible, is kept in restricted storage only to correct hiding errors. It is deleted 30 days after publication, or when the video is removed if that happens first. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

10. Termination

10.1. The business may remove a job or its showcase at any time.

10.2. tamkonum may remove content that breaches these terms and suspend the showcase.

10.3. If nobody signs in to the showcase and no new job is added for 24 months, tamkonum may close the showcase after notifying the business 30 days in advance by SMS, WhatsApp or e-mail to one of its registered contact details.

11. Governing law, jurisdiction and evidence

11.1. These terms are governed by Turkish law. Istanbul (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over disputes.

11.2. Electronic records kept in tamkonum's systems are evidence under Article 193 of the Code of Civil Procedure No. 6100. The business's right to submit counter-evidence is reserved.
