This Preliminary Information Form has been prepared in accordance with the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, in order to inform you, our valued consumer, before the conclusion of a distance contract, about the paid digital services you will purchase and your rights. This Form applies only to consumers residing in and purchasing services in Türkiye.

(The party referred to in this Form as the "Seller/Provider", the "Company", or "tamkonum" is the legal entity stated above.)
2. Essential Characteristics of the Service Subject to the Contract
tamkonum is a real estate listing and digital promotion platform. The subject of the contract covered by this Form consists of the following paid digital services provided electronically through the platform:

| Listing Boost | A digital visibility service ensuring that the listing selected by the consumer is displayed higher / more prominently in the feed and search results for the duration of the purchased package. |
| Live Stream Package | A digital service enabling the consumer to broadcast live through the platform and use the related streaming features, granting duration/usage rights according to the package scope. |
| Construction Project Advertisement | A digital advertising/promotion service offered to promote a construction project on the platform and to highlight the listings and content related to that project. |
None of these services involve the delivery of a physical good; they are digital content/services provided in electronic form.
3. Price and Payment

| Total Price | The total sales price, including all taxes (VAT included), of the service/package you select is the current amount displayed on the order (checkout) screen at the time of purchase. |
| VAT | Value Added Tax (VAT) is included in the stated prices. |
| Subscription Fee | For the subscription service the fee is periodic; it is the amount displayed on the order screen for the selected period (monthly/yearly, etc.) and, unless cancelled, automatically renews at the end of each period and is charged at the same amount. |
| Applicable Price | The current price displayed on the platform/payment screen at the time of the order applies. |
In all cases, the definitive and binding price is the current amount displayed for the relevant service/package on the payment screen at the time of purchase and approved by the Buyer.
4. Payment, Performance and Delivery

5. Right of Withdrawal and Its Exception
As a general rule, in distance contracts, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of conclusion of the contract relating to the performance of the service, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.
HOWEVER, the services covered by this Form are, within the meaning of Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, in the nature of services performed instantly in electronic form and intangible (digital) content delivered instantly to the consumer.
Pursuant to Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts:
- For services whose performance has begun with the consumer's consent and which are performed instantly in electronic form,
- For intangible (digital) content that is performed instantly and delivered instantly to the consumer in electronic form,
the consumer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal.
The consumer expressly consents to the immediate commencement of the performance of the purchased digital service (subscription, boost, live stream package, construction project advertisement) and, with this consent, acknowledges, declares and undertakes that there is no right of withdrawal / that it cannot be exercised.
In the event that there are exceptional cases in which the right of withdrawal can be exercised, the withdrawal notice may be submitted in writing (by e-mail) to destek@tamkonum.com within the relevant period.
6. Cases in Which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised
Pursuant to Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following cases:

| 4 | Other exceptions to the right of withdrawal listed in the Regulation. |
7. Complaint and Application Authorities
For disputes arising from the contract, the consumer may apply to the following authorities:

| Consumer Arbitration Committees | For disputes below the monetary limit determined and annually updated by the Ministry of Trade for the relevant year; application is made to the District/Provincial Consumer Arbitration Committee at the consumer's place of residence or where the transaction was carried out. |
| Consumer Courts | For disputes above the monetary limit, application is made to the competent Consumer Courts. |
The monetary limit valid for each calendar year is determined according to the current amount announced by the Ministry of Trade.
8. Retention of and Access to the Contract
This Preliminary Information Form and the Distance Sales Contract to be concluded on the basis thereof are recorded and stored electronically by the Company. Upon request, the consumer may access the contract records and request a copy by contacting destek@tamkonum.com.
9. Reference to the Distance Sales Contract
This Preliminary Information Form is an integral part and the preliminary information stage of the Distance Sales Contract to be subsequently concluded. Before completing the purchase, the consumer shall also read and approve the Distance Sales Contract.
10. Statement of Approval
The consumer acknowledges, declares and undertakes that, before the conclusion of the contract, they have read, understood and confirmed electronically the Seller/Provider information contained in this Preliminary Information Form, the essential characteristics of the service subject to the contract, the total price including taxes, the method of payment and performance, the right of withdrawal and the cases in which the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised, the complaint and application authorities, and all other matters.
