Founding Member Program Participation Terms

1. The program

The Founding Member Program is a limited program for tamkonum's launch period. In the real estate and vehicle categories, it gives the first 100 businesses in each category the right to use the relevant tamkonum package free of charge.

The remaining places are shown on the program page. When a category is full, no new participants are accepted in that category. tamkonum may also close a category to new participants before it is full; this is stated on the program page. Closing does not affect businesses that have already joined (see section 13).

2. Definitions

Business: a real estate business or car dealership registered on tamkonum.
Verified business: a business that has completed tamkonum's business verification steps.
Verified listing: a listing whose e-Devlet authorisation has been verified, that has been submitted for publication on behalf of the business, and that has passed content review.
Free period: the period in which the package is used free of charge. It consists of the starting period and the months earned.
Month: a calendar month. The end of the free period is calculated by adding calendar months from the day the business's place is reserved.

3. Who can join

In real estate, businesses holding a real estate trading licence; in vehicles, businesses holding a second-hand motor vehicle trading licence.
Participation is carried out by the business owner. Participation is for commercial and professional purposes.
Each business can join once. A tax number can join the program only once; even if the place is later released, a second participation is not possible.

4. Which package

In real estate, the Realtor Pro package; in vehicles, the Dealer Pro package, as offered during the free period.
Features added to the package later are included at no extra cost. The scope of the package may change over time.
Pay-as-you-go services are not included: listing boosts, extra AI credits, partner services, live stream overtime.
The program cannot be combined with promotion codes.

5. Reservation of the place

The business owner accepts these terms when joining the program. The business's place is reserved on the day the business is verified. If the business is already verified on the day of joining, the place is reserved that day.

If the category is closed to new participants or full on the day the business is verified, no place is reserved. In that case the business is not considered a participant.

6. Starting period

A free period of 3 months starts on the day the business's place is reserved.

7. First listing

If the business submits its first listing for publication within 3 days of its place being reserved, it starts earning months.

If no listing is submitted within this time, the starting period continues; however, the place is opened to another business and the business cannot earn months.

The time limit applies to the moment the listing is submitted. The duration of content review does not count against the business: a listing submitted in time meets the condition even if review is completed later. A listing that fails review does not count.

8. Earning months

For each verified listing submitted while the free period is running, 1 month is added to the free period. The first listing is included.
The same property or the same vehicle (plate) counts only once for a business. Removing a listing and entering it again does not earn a new month.
Listings submitted before joining the program do not count.
Listings submitted after the free period has ended do not earn months.
The total of earned months is at most 24 months. Together with the starting period, the free period is at most 27 months.
The end date of the free period is always shown in the business account.

9. Taking back an earned month

Sale, rental, the end of an authorisation or removal of a listing does not affect an earned month. These are normal outcomes of a listing.

A month earned for a listing is taken back only if:

The listing fails content review or is later rejected
The listing's e-Devlet authorisation is revoked
The listing turns out to be untrue

A month taken back is deducted from the free period.

10. Invitations

Every business in the program has an invitation code.
The invited business enters the inviting business's code when joining. When the invited business reaches its 10th verified listing, 2 months are added to both businesses.
Months earned through invitations count towards the 24-month limit. No invitation months are added to a business whose free period has ended.
An invited business uses one place in the quota.
A business inviting itself, another business owned by the same person, or a business with the same tax number is not valid.
Invitations have one level: businesses invited by the invited business do not earn months for the first inviting business.
The inviting business cannot see the listings or the number of listings of the invited business; it only sees whether the invitation has been completed.

11. Switching to a paid package

The business may buy a paid package during the free period. When the paid package ends, the business returns to the program package if the free period has not yet ended.

The free period keeps running while a paid package is used; it does not stop and is not postponed.

12. End of the free period

When the free period ends, the program ends for the business.

The business owner is notified at least 30 days before the end. If the end date is closer than that, notification is made when the period starts.
The business account moves to the free package of the relevant category. The listings and the account stay in place.
Because no card details are requested in the program, no automatic charge is made. Whether to choose a paid package is entirely the business's decision.

13. Closing the program

tamkonum may close a category to new participants at any time. Closing does not affect businesses whose place has been reserved: they continue to earn months under these terms.

If tamkonum ends the program entirely, new earning stops; the free period earned until that day can still be used.

14. Program principle

There is no draw, lottery, competition or ranking in the program. The rules are known in advance; every business that meets the conditions within the quota earns the same right.
No money, goods or gift vouchers are given. The only benefit is free use of the tamkonum package.
The free period cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred or sold.

15. Misuse

In the following cases participation is cancelled, the place is released and the free period ends on the day of cancellation:

Verification with forged or misleading documents
Untrue listings
Entering the same property or vehicle repeatedly through different accounts
Filling places with several businesses or accounts

16. Holder of the right

The right belongs to the business. If ownership of the business is transferred to another person on tamkonum, the right stays with the business.

17. Suspension and termination

If the business's verification lapses, the package is suspended; it continues when the business is verified again. The free period keeps running during suspension.
If the business is closed or the account is deleted, the right ends and does not come back.
If the account is suspended or removed for breaching the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines or Live Stream Rules, the right ends.
If tamkonum stops the service entirely, the right ends. In that case notification is made at least 30 days in advance and time is given to export content. This limit is not specific to this program; it applies to everyone, including paying members.

18. Previous campaigns

This program replaces tamkonum's "Founding Membership" campaign and "Listing Points Program". Applications made to previous campaigns are not transferred automatically; joining this program is required separately.

19. Changes

tamkonum may change these terms for the future. Businesses whose place has been reserved remain subject to the terms in force on the day their place was reserved.

The exceptions are as follows; these changes also apply to businesses whose place has been reserved:

(a) Changes required by changes in legislation
(b) Changes in favour of the business
(c) Changes to protect against misuse, for security or for platform integrity

20. Fees and invoices

No payment is taken for the free period.

21. Personal data

To run the program, business information, the tax number, listing records and invitation matches are processed. Details are in the Personal Data Protection Notice.

22. Acceptance

The business owner accepts these terms when joining the program. The acceptance is recorded together with the version and date of the accepted text.
