Founding Membership Campaign Terms

1. The campaign

For its founding period, tamkonum offers the Realtor Pro plan free of charge, permanently, to the first 100 real estate agents.

The places remaining are shown on the campaign page. Once the quota is filled the campaign closes and no further applications are accepted. tamkonum may also pause applications temporarily before the quota is filled; this is indicated on the campaign page.

2. Who can join

Individuals holding a valid real estate trade authorisation certificate (taşınmaz ticareti yetki belgesi) in Türkiye may join. The benefit is granted to the person; only one founding membership is granted per national identity number.

3. How the benefit is earned

In three steps:

(a) Reserve your place. You verify your phone number. This locks your queue position. It is a reservation, not yet a benefit.

(b) Get your business verified. You create your business record and upload the required documents, including your real estate authorisation certificate. This step is complete when your business reaches verified status. Verification requirements may change over time in line with regulation and platform rules; the current list is shown on the business verification screen.

(c) Publish your listings. Starting from the moment you reserve your place, you publish at least one listing within the first 7 days and at least three listings in total within 45 days. Listings are published through your verified business, must be for genuine properties, complete the platform's verification steps and pass content review.

The benefit activates once all three steps are complete.

The time limits run on the moment a listing is submitted for publication. How long content review or business verification takes is not in your hands; a listing submitted within the period counts as meeting the deadline even if the checks are completed later. The benefit activates once the checks are complete. A listing that fails review does not count towards the threshold.

A listing being taken down afterwards does not affect your benefit. The property may have been sold or rented, your authorisation may have ended, or the owner may have removed it; these are the ordinary end of a listing. The benefit is withheld or revoked only if the listing is found to be untrue.

If no listing is submitted within 7 days of reserving your place, or the three-listing threshold is not met within 45 days, the reservation lapses and the place opens to another member. These periods are not extended.

4. What the benefit includes

  • Free access to the Realtor Pro plan as it stands at any given time
  • Features added to the plan later, at no additional charge

The benefit is tied to you: it stays with you even if you change agency.

5. What the benefit does not include

  • Higher plans (Realtor Premium, Corporate Office) are not included; a discounted upgrade may be offered, but it is not automatic
  • Pay-as-you-go services are outside the scope: listing boosts, additional AI credits, partner services, live streaming overage
  • The benefit is personal; it cannot be transferred, sold, or moved to a company account
  • It does not apply to other countries or other listing categories
  • It cannot be combined with promotional codes

6. What "for life" means

For as long as tamkonum offers the Realtor Pro service and your account remains open, with no time limit and no renewal fee.

This means:

  • If the Realtor Pro plan is discontinued entirely, you are moved to an equivalent or higher plan free of charge
  • The benefit is access to the plan's scope; that scope may change over time
  • No renewal fee will be charged to you, today or in the future

6.1 If tamkonum changes hands

In a share transfer, merger or demerger, tamkonum continues to exist as the same legal entity. Its contracts remain with it, so your benefit continues automatically. No further step is required.

In a transfer of the business or its assets to another company, tamkonum undertakes to make the acquirer's assumption of the obligations arising from these terms a condition of the transaction. You will be notified before any such transfer takes effect.

We want to be plain about this: tamkonum cannot guarantee the future conduct of an independent third company. No one can. Our undertaking concerns our own conduct: we will not transfer without securing your benefit.

7. When the benefit ends

  • When you close or delete your account; it does not return if you re-register
  • If your account is suspended or removed for breaching the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines or Live Streaming Rules
  • In cases of abuse such as forged authorisation certificates, untrue listings, or opening multiple accounts
  • On the death of the member; the benefit is personal and does not pass to heirs
  • If tamkonum discontinues the service entirely. The benefit depends on the existence of the service; if the service ends, the benefit ends. In that case you will be given at least 30 days' notice and time to export your content. This is not a limit specific to founding membership; it applies to everyone, paying members included.

If your authorisation certificate expires, the benefit is suspended; it returns when you renew the certificate.

8. Changes

tamkonum may change these terms prospectively. Members who have already earned the benefit remain subject to the terms in force on the date they earned it.

The exceptions are the following; these changes apply to existing members as well:

  • (a) Adjustments required by changes in legislation
  • (b) Changes in the member's favour
  • (c) Changes intended to protect against abuse or to preserve security and platform integrity
